We’re seeking a Senior Test Engineer (m/f/d) to join a dynamic team on a fully remote basis. If you’re passionate about quality assurance, have a keen eye for detail, and are experienced in leading testing efforts in complex projects, this role might be perfect for you.

Your Responsibilities:

Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans that ensure robust coverage across various systems and applications.
Automation: Lead the design and implementation of automated test scripts, utilizing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar, to streamline testing processes.
Manual Testing: Conduct in-depth manual testing where necessary, focusing on edge cases, performance, and security.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through to resolution, working closely with development teams to ensure timely fixes.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the highest level of quality in deliverables.
Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior test engineers, sharing your expertise in best practices and advanced testing techniques.

Your Profile:

Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit), scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about how to test and ensure the robustness of software.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to testing, with the ability to anticipate issues and proactively prevent them.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate in a remote setting.
Remote Work Experience: Previous experience working in a fully remote environment is highly valued.
